PURPOSE: Provided is a hydraulic turning joint and a working apparatus for constructional equipment to allow a smooth supply of oil for operation by reducing length of the joint. CONSTITUTION: The joint(100) comprises a housing(110) having couplers(111a,111b), axial bore(112) and a number of lateral hydraulic line couplers(113c,113d); a rotational axis(120) having a connection end(121), a number of top grooves(122a,122b) corresponding to the couplers(111a,111b), a number of peripheral grooves(123c,123d) corresponding to the couplers(113c,113d), bottom hydraulic line couplers(124a-124d) with the same numbers to the grooves(122a,122b,123c,123d) and inner passing-through holes(125a-125d) to flow the acting oil; and a connection component(130) to joint the axial bore(112) and the connection end(121) thereby to connect the rotational axis(120) and the housing(110).
