PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a health food for physical constitution improvement, which has no adverse effect even by long-term taking and actualizes improvement of physical constitution in high probability. SOLUTION: This health food is produced by using soybeans of black seed coat, seed coat of psyllium, seed of peony, and sea tangle as raw materials. The food form can be, for example, a granule, powder, tablet, capsule, pill, solid or liquid form.
