PURPOSE: A voice recognition service device for a VMS(Voice Mailing System) is provided to receive corresponding information although a user does not know an information code. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition module(32) connects between a system bus(48) of a main CPU(10) and a switch network, performs the voice recognition process of a signal received from a user in response to a certain voice recognition request, and generates voice recognition information. A plurality of line interface modules(12) connect between the system bus(48) and the switch network, requests voice recognition, and provides a service corresponding to voice recognition information to the user.
