PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate convection favorable for ingredients in a pot for an electromagnetic induction heating cooking device, to realize uniform heating, to minimize secular change in pot size, and to maintain initial cooking performance over a long time in the pot for the electromagnetic induction heating cooking device using electromagnetic induction heating such as a rice boiler or a cooking device. SOLUTION: Magnetic metal 7 is provided in an outside face of aluminum 8 of a matrix, fluororesin coating 9 is applied to aluminum 8, and the magnetic metal 7 is provided with pluralities of recessed parts 12a and protruding parts 12b at least in portions facing an electromagnetic induction coil of an electromagnetic induction heating cooking device body.
