PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt with a bag convenient for users in warming or cooling arbitrary portions of their bodies. SOLUTION: The quilt 1 with the bag is formed to an annular shape of a specified size by respectively sewing the front and rear end edges along the transverse direction of a quilt body 3 to the rear end edges and front end edges along the transverse direction of a bag body 2. Engaging tapes 6 projected with bent male type projections and annular female type projections so as to exist mixedly are circumferentially sewn to the inner sides of both end edges. The bag body is two-folded to be situated in a desired place and the opposite segments of the engaging tapes 6 at both right and left ends are engaged with each other, by which the quilt can be held in the two-folded state.
