PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool with a frequent usage capable of easily sweeping a surface to be cleaned of any shape and any part. SOLUTION: The cleaning tool comprises an approximately rod-like body in which an upper body 32 and a joint part 33; and the joint part 33 and a lower body are detachable respectively and the upper body 32 and the lower body 34 can be joined; a brush body 42 for cleaning the surface to be cleaned provided on the lower body 34; and a driving source 43 for driving the brash body 42. Since the upper body 32 can be joined to the lower body 34, a whole of the body 31 can be made compact. Cleaning and polishing not only a flat surface to be cleaned but also a wall having a vertical surface can be carried out as well as cleaning of a vehicle.
