PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for producing electrolytic water by which of hypochlorous acid concentration is stably monitored for both a user consuming a large quantity of electrolytic water and a user consuming a little quantity of it. SOLUTION: An electrolytic water output of an electrolytic bath 11 is provided with a flow passage for sampling electrolytic water from first solution tanks 61a and 61b each having a recessed part and a T-shaped hermetically sealed structure, and a flow passage for sampling the electrolytic water from an acidic water tank 86a and an alkaline water tank 86b which store the electrolytic water outside a strong acidic water output port 17a and outside a strong alkaline water output port 18a, respectively. Three-way changing valves 85a and 85b are switched to send a sample from a mixing part 60a to a measuring part 30 and to measure its concentration. Air bubbles are not sucked in the sampling by the recessed part in the T-shaped hermetically sealed structure, and a vapor/liquid separation is carried out within the tanks in the sampling from the tanks 86a and 86b. Thereby, the air bubbles are not sucked, and the monitoring of the concentration is stably carried out.
