PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closet with which a face appearing in a room can effectively be used according to use and the total quantity and the kinds of housed garments can simply be looked when desiring. SOLUTION: This closet is provided with lateral side boards arranged so as to face each other on the right and left sides, a horizontal crosspiece member bridged by extending to both of the lateral side boards and a horizontal crosspiece member for hanging housing matters. At least one of both of the lateral side boards connected by the horizontal crosspiece member and the horizontal crosspiece member for hanging the housed matters or a part of the lateral side board can be replaced with a different kind of lateral side board or a part of the lateral side board.
