METHOD OF TREATING CHEMICAL CONTAMINANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method capable of efficiently decomposing chemical contaminants by adequately mixing a treating agent even when the chemical contaminants composed of chemical substances such as organic chlorine compounds contaminate viscous soil like clayey soil. SOLUTION: The cleaning treatment of the chemical contaminants is performed after the treating agent is added to the chemical contaminants. A cement modifing agent is used as the treating agent. An oxidation treatment of adding an oxidizing agent to the soil is also applied for the cleaning treatment of the chemical contaminants.
