摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minusion ion generator in which a minus ion generation zone can be secured at an arbitrary place when just a power source and the water source are secured, a degree of freedom in the selection of the generation zone is improved, the problem of noise is solved, sanitary maintenance can be attained even without having a purifying means, miniaturization can be achieved and safety in use can be provided. SOLUTION: This generator is provided with a pump unit 2 housed in a box 6 and an atomization unit 3 housed in a box 7, the pump unit 2 is connected through a water supply hose 4 to the water source 8 and the atomization unit 3 is connected through a high pressure hose 5 to the pump unit 2. Water for atomization supplied by the hose 4 is supplied through the high pressure hose 5 to a header pipe 3A after pressure is boosted to the pressure of water for high pressure atomization and very fine mist is atomized from a plurality of atomizing nozzles 3B, 3B... attached to the header pipe 3A so that minus ions can be generated.</p>
