PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin-placing system which does not damage a skin when the skin is placed on a cushion core material. SOLUTION: A pressing member 52 has a bag-shape comprising a resin sheet or a fabric, and is taken up into a spiral shape under a free state, and expands into a bar-shape while opening the spiral shape when compressed air is fed. Such a pressing member 52 is arranged in the skin 70 under a state wherein the skin has a bag-shape in a manner to be able to cover the cushion core material 80, and is turned inside-out. Then, the skin 70 is brought into contact with the cushion core material 80, and the compressed air is fed into the pressing member 52. Thus, the pressing member 52 is expanded into the bar-shape, and the skin 70 is placed on the cushion core material 80 while being press- guided and gradually turned to the external face side.
