PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated process for preparing stuffed cuttlefish. SOLUTION: This process essentially comprises the following steps: procuring stock materials, preparing stuffings and cleaning cuttlefish, stuffing operation, conveyance for finishing and freezing, freezing, polishing, packaging, preservation and shipping the product; wherein the stuffing operation is carried out at an average temperature of 7-11 deg.C and uses a cuttlefish stuffing device comprising 4 stuffing injectors, where the cuttlefish is arranged manually. |
