PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain resistant sheet for cooking having sufficient cutting resistance against sharpness of a kitchen knife even though only a small quantity of fiber is used. SOLUTION: The stain resistant sheet 1 for cooking has nonwoven fabric 2 mainly composed of fiber with fineness of 2-25 denier and a fiber length of 2-20 mm. Thickness of the nonwoven fabric 2 is 0.5-5 mm, and it is composed of a web formed by an air-laid method. One face of the nonwoven fabric is laminated with a liquid-impermeable film 3. The film 3 comprises ethylene-α- olefin copolymer polymerized by using metallocene as a catalyst.
