<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cleaning of contaminated soil by utilizing an asphalt plant at low cost. SOLUTION: A drier 1 for a heating means of the asphalt plant is utilized for heating and cleaning of the contaminated soil. The drier is also equipped with a deodorizing furnace 24, dust cleaning treatment equipment 31, soil cooling equipment 39, by which a dual purpose plant capable of cleaning both of the asphalt plant and the contaminated soil is obtained.</p> |
