PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of interlock switches of a tool magazine cover having a plurality of doors. SOLUTION: This tool magazine storing a plurality of tools to carry out automatic tool exchange between itself and a spindle of a machine tool is constituted by furnishing the upper door 17, the intermediate door 19 and the lower door 21 provided on a front surface of the cover 13, superimposed parts 17a, 21a provided on the upper and lower doors 17, 21 and overlapped with a part of the intermediate door 19 from inside and the interlock switches 25 provided near the intermediate door 19 and to detect that the intermediate door is closed.
