PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medal game machine which allows players to repeat games without feeling monotonous. SOLUTION: The medal game machine is provided with a rolling surface which makes medals roll as thrown by players and chucks which are arranged near one end side of the rolling surface and cause the medals to drop down and a specified number of medals is put out in credit or actually depending on the type of roles determined by the type and/or the pattern of the number of the chucks that are worked to make the medals drop down. At least a part of the rolling surface is made up of a rotary member rotating about the axis parallel with the horizontal direction almost orthogonal to the direction in which the medals roll.
