PURPOSE: A 2D/3D convertible display is provided to easily select 2D or 3D in a field using engineering and simulation and a field of stereoscopic image TV. CONSTITUTION: A lens part(27) is formed over the whole surface of an image forming display(21) and converts an image emitted from the image forming display into a three-dimensional image. The lens part includes a first transparent substrate(22), lower electrode lines(23) formed on the first transparent substrate, a liquid crystal layer(24) formed on the lower electrode lines and including an electric optical material, upper electrode lines(25) formed on the liquid crystal layer, and a second transparent substrate(26) formed on the upper electrode lines. The electric optical material selectively controls refraction rate by power source applied to the lens part, so that the liquid crystal layer plays a role of a lens according to successive change of the refraction rate.
