PURPOSE: Provided are assembly shoes without adhesion process which eliminate an adhesion process in combining outsole, midsole and leather of shoes so that they save production time and cost. CONSTITUTION: In the shoes which form the leather of shoes(10) and a feet insertion part(20), the production process of the assembly shoes without adhesion process comprises the steps of: (i) forming the outsole(100) wherein a reception part(110) is penetrated vertically and formed and a sewing line(120) is formed along the circumference; (ii) sewing the outsole and the leather of the shoes along the sewing line; (iii) forming the midsole(200) wherein a formation part for the bottom of the shoes(210) is formed to match to the shape of the reception part; and (iv) inserting the midsole into the feet insertion part and assembling them.
