PURPOSE: A beverage carton with a straw therein is provided to enable one to suck content therein. The carton has merits that the manufacturing process is simple, the manufacturing cost is low and the airtight property is good, thereby it is uncommitted to the shelf life of beverage. CONSTITUTION: The beverage carton(1) with a straw therein comprises a container body(100) to hold the content and a coverture part(200) capped on the body; the coverture part having a space(202); on the lower side of the space, a support(203) is disposed to bind a device ejecting the content of the carton(1), straw(210) thereto; the upper side of the straw is held folding by an accordion type bend(211) on the support, the end of the upper side being hermetic by a separate cap(212), the lower side of the straw extending in proportion to the length of the container body(100); on the top of the coverture(200) as one side of the space(202), an air inlet hole(AI) is formed; the upper side of the air inlet hole(AI) and the space above the support is sealed by a sealing part(201).
