PURPOSE: A device for sensing and transmitting baby cry is provided to recognize a baby cry sound inputted from a microphone, transmits the recognized signal to a controller, and operate various output units in the controller. CONSTITUTION: A sensor(2) senses a baby cry sound inputted from a microphone(1) and transmits the sensed signal to a controller(3). The controller(3) continuously checks the baby cry sound during several seconds. If the baby cry sound is continuously received over the several seconds, the controller(3) outputs the baby cry sound to a device previously set by a user. If the baby cry sound is inputted from the controller(3), the telephone transmitter(4) calls a telephone number previously inputted by the user so that a protector directly listens to the baby cry sound. If the baby cry sound is inputted from the controller(3), a fixed wireless transceiver(5) transmits a radio wave to a moving wireless transceiver(6) and operates the moving wireless transceiver(6) so that the protector confirms the baby cry sound through an LED(Light-Emitting Diode), vibration, or speaker(7).
