PURPOSE: A pump structure of edible oil refine filter is provided, in which a heater is installed at one side of pump by fixing bracket to prevent edible oil from solidified when restarting the pump. CONSTITUTION: The pump comprises a one side cover(10) having an eccentric part(11) therein and a shaft groove(12) at the center; a pump body(20) having a suction hole(21) at the bottom and a discharge hole(22) at the top, to one side of which the eccentric part(11) is equipped and at the center thereof, a hole(23) is provided to receive an outer gear(30); an inner gear(40) to be inserted into the outer gear(30) and a gear shaft(41) which is inserted into a shaft groove(53) of an other side cover(50), wherein the other side cover(50) has an eccentric part(52) inserted into the hole(23), a protruded cylindrical part(53) and a shaft groove(54) at the center of the cylindrical part(53) to receive the gear shaft(41); a motor cover(60) having a connection hole(64) through which a motor shaft(70) is connected to a power transfer part(42) of the inner gear(40); a heater(80) fixed at the side of the pump body(20) for heating edible oil to prevent the oil from being solidified when restarting the pump.
