PURPOSE: Provided is a roman shade curtain with regular wrinkles formed which forms spools at a diameter ratio of 1:2:3:4 so that it keeps distances between the wrinkles regular in rotating the spool and raising or lowering the curtain. CONSTITUTION: The roman shade curtain with regular wrinkles formed comprises the parts of: a spool body which is formed at the lower part of a rail body; a cover(15) and a fixed sheet(14) which fix the spool body; an adjuster(8) which raises the curtain upward to receive and folds the curtain downward; a ball chain(7) which rotates the adjuster; a rotation axis(13) which is assembled with both spool bodies to make the driving number of both spool bodies identical; plural projections which are formed in a cylindrical form at the spool body; and a reception string(23a,23b,23c,23d) which is extended properly and knotted at a proper location of a long bar(21a,21b,21c,21d).
