PURPOSE: A jam prevention structure of a rear door latch of a vehicle are provided to enable a locking and control levers to be switched into an unlock state by a spring although a jam phenomenon is caused by collision between the control lever and a clamp. CONSTITUTION: A locking lever is divided into two portions. An inner locking lever(200) of the divided locking levers(100,200) is connected with a top of a control lever(30) in a body, and the locking levers(100,200) are connected to each other by an extension spring(300). A back plate(12) is fixed to a body part(10), and an actuator lever is mounted at one surface of an actuator. A locking lever is mounted at a top of the back plate(12) so as to be rotated. The top of the control lever(30) is fixed to the locking lever, and a lower part thereof is placed adjacent to a pole(26).
