PURPOSE: Provided is a document holder which keeps certain distance between an upper cover and a lower cover, even when filing several sheets of documents so that it keeps the same thickness as the other holders full of documents. CONSTITUTION: In the document holder which consists of an upper cover member(310), a lower cover member(320), a hinge-style connection member(330) and multiple ring members for binding documents(340) to be adhered to the connection member, the document holder is characterized by placing a hinge-style vertical member(350) as the approximately same height as the thickness of the hinge-style connection member at an appropriate edge of both cover members in an opposite side with the connection member and standing the vertical member to keep the same height as the connection member in folding both cover members.
