PURPOSE: A bending structure and method of a pipe is provided to be used in a bent portion of a bottom or wall in installing piping. CONSTITUTION: In a bending structure of a pipe of a plastic resin material, a metal wrinkle pipe(16) is inserted to the plastic pipe(10b) and bent in 45-135 degrees. The bent pipes have a small bending radius, and distortion is not generated. As a device to bend the pipe, two bending member having pulley is connected by a hinge. The pipe is inserted between the bending member to bend the pipe easily.
