PURPOSE: A system for supplying real time traffic information is provided to enable users to check a road state of a desired area in real time by mounting network cameras on principal roads of the whole country and supplying digital video data of the roads in real time. CONSTITUTION: A network camera(10) is mounted on a road and photographs a road state. A local area managing server(11) obtains digital video information photographed by the network camera(10) through the Internet, constructs a database based on the digital video information, and makes users use real time moving picture road traffic information. A central center(12) connects the local area managing server(11) to users and manages the local area managing server(11). A user terminal(13) outputs real time traffic information on a screen of a terminal from the local area managing server(11).
