DEVICE FOR HEATING AND COOLING OF EPP MATERIAL REFORMING TANK

PURPOSE: A device for heating and cooling EPP material for restoring to its initial state is provided by heating with a steam coil pipe and cooling by a condensing heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A steam coil pipe(2) is mounted inside of a reforming tank(1). A vacuum heat exchanger(3) is installed below the steam coil pipe. A condensing heat exchanger(4) is installed above the steam coil pipe. A plurality of high pressure air introducing pipes(5) is installed in one side of the reforming tank. After filling EPP(Expinded Polypro Pylene) material, a steam of certain temperature is passed through the steam coil pipe to heat the reforming tank. When cooling, the condensing heat exchanger is used. Therefore, foaming initial state of the EPP material is restored.
