MULTI-FUNCTIONAL SERVO VALVE TESTER

PURPOSE: A multi-functional servo valve tester is provided to improve quality and productivity of products by mounting an apparatus capable of testing a plurality of servo valves on a mobile tester, thereby directly testing performance of various types of servo valve at the scene. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus comprising a servo valve connected to a controller, and a plurality of hydraulic cylinders connected to the servo valve to test the servo valve in the process of controlling deviation of the edge of strip extracted from a rolling mill by driving of the hydraulic cylinders to the centering state, the multi-functional servo valve tester comprises a power source selection part which is longitudinally divided into a plurality of layers, on the upper part of one side of which a power source cord(35) is installed, each corners of the lower part of which casters are installed, and which is installed at the central part of a main body; a card slot part(14) which are equipped with a plurality of cards(15) and connected to second selection switch(20) of the power source selection part; a connector(33) which is connected to the cards so that a target value operating the servo valve is feedbacked as an error value by the controller; a flow amplifying means(28) for amplifying the amount of hydraulic pressure for driving the servo valve through a flow meter(27) and a pressure amplifier(25) connected thereto; a hydraulic pressure amplifying means for amplifying hydraulic pressure inside a hydraulic pressure line connected to the servo valve through the cards and pressure amplifier; and an output part(17) for storing and outputting the control signals as data by receiving control signals from the cards and hydraulic pressure amplifying means through a coaxial connector(34).
