PURPOSE: A tray moving apparatus used in a microwave oven is provided to effectively use an internal space of a heating chamber of the microwave oven by forming a tray in a rectangular shape corresponding to a sectional shape of the heating chamber of the microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A tray(10) is provided in a heating chamber of a microwave oven in order to place foods to be heated thereon. A roller assembly(26) is positioned between a bottom surface(20) of the heating chamber and the tray(10). The tray(10) has a rectangular shape corresponding to a shape of the bottom surface(20) of the heating chamber. The roller assembly(26) includes a frame(26b) having a flat-plate shape, and a plurality of rollers(26a) installed at both sides of the frame(26b). A groove(26c) is formed at a center of the frame(26b). A longitudinal length of the groove(26c) is slightly larger than a linear moving distance of the tray(10).
