PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that stores data for image formation of a user and executes fine charging on security of fairness between users about a charged amount to be generated in the case of output of the data for image formation. SOLUTION: Digital image data acquired from the user's side are converted into the data for image formation and stored in a storage means. When an output instruction of the data for image formation is acquired from the user's side, data capacity of the data for image formation and the charged amount to be generated in accordance with the data output, based on the specified data capacity.
