An electronic controller (100) produces two electrical signals separated by a set time interval. These signals generate via a sound reproduction system (140) two sound sequences, one marking the start of the relaxation/meditation seance and the other the end of the same seance. Electronic timer having control card (100), power supply (110) and manual controls (120,130) connected to a sound reproduction system (140). The sound system includes digital-analogue converter, amplifier and loudspeaker.
