PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting terminal corresponding to microminiaturization and making thin an electronic part such as a semiconductor device and a connector, etc., in which bending stress in the vicinity of the root of a spiral contact is reduced so that it is strong against a repeated impact load, and a joint surface of the connecting terminal is enlarged to improve reliability.
