PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine that automatically starts repeating when an incoming call arrives and the facsimile machine has documents whose transmission is not completed to a caller from which the call is sent. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine is provided with a storage device 15 that stores documents to be sent and stores documents whose transmission is not completed and destination information of the transmission uncompleted documents. The facsimile machine acquires caller information from a network 100 at the arrival of an incoming call by using a caller information acquisition section 11a, collates the caller information with the destination information with respect to the transmission uncompleted documents, and starts a procedure of automatically repeating the transmission uncompleted documents corresponding to the coincident destination information when there is the destination information coincident with the caller information. Further, the facsimile machine informs the called party about a fact that the incoming call comes from the destination opposite party corresponding to the transmission uncompleted documents and about guidance of a manual transmission means for manually transmitting the transmission uncompleted documents. Moreover, the facsimile machine uses a digital voice processing apparatus 21 to inform the caller about a fact that the transmission uncompleted documents addressed to the caller exist and about selection guide by which starting of the automatic repeat procedure can be selected as voice information.
