PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide topology of power switching which transmits power to capacitive load where the load voltage of a capacitor covers a wide range. SOLUTION: A method for charging the output capacitor to a specified output voltage level, using this capacitor charging circuit, includes a process of transmitting power to the output capacitor, a process of finishing the power transmission to the output capacitor and the measurement of the output voltage when the output voltage level is a specified output voltage level or higher, a process of reopening the power transmission at an interval after finish, and a process being the process of deciding the output voltage level, based on the reopening of the power transmission, and further including the process of temporarily driving the circuit with its voltage level measured.
