PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave wireless communication system that can accurately apply time setting to wireless stations at the same time. SOLUTION: Every time a monitor master and server wireless station 1 polls client wireless stations 2-1 to 2-N, the monitor master and server wireless station 1 obtains a transmission delay time between the monitor master and server wireless station 1 and the client wireless stations 2-1 to 2-N. The monitor master and server wireless station 1 informs the client wireless stations 2-1 to 2-N about the transmission delay time every polling. The monitor master and server wireless station 1 gives a time setting instruction to the client wireless stations 2-1 to 2-N at the same time. Each of the client wireless stations 2-1 to 2-N utilizes a new transmission delay time notified by each polling to set its time on the basis of a simultaneous time setting command from the monitor master and server wireless station 1.
