PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which neither cause image quality to become worse by sticking no toner on a developer carrier nor damages constitution equipment by not disordering an image by a carrier. SOLUTION: A two-component developer having toner and carriers, a photoreceptor drum 41, a developing roller 2 which rotates and carries the two-component developer to a development position on the photoreceptor drum 41, a developing doctor 8 restricting the thickness of the two-component developer on the developing roller 2, and a brush roller 3 which contains a magnetic force holding member for collecting carriers while the two-component developer held on the developing roller 2 is stored in a developer storage space after passing by the photoreceptor drum 41 are so installed that the tip of the brush roller 3 comes into contact with the developing roller 2 or the developer held atop of the brush roller 3 comes into contact with the top of the developing roller 2, and does not come into contact with the photoreceptor drum 41. |
