PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a transaction capable of satisfying both of a seller and a purchaser within comparatively short time without complicating processing in a system. SOLUTION: In response to the registration of information (seller information) of a seller requiring selling from a seller machine driven by the seller requiring the selling of commodities or the registration of information (purchaser information) of a commodity required to be purchased from a purchaser machine 16 driven by the purchaser requesting the purchase of the commodity, a transaction aiding server 18 executes matching between commodity information required for the registration and the already registered commodity information. The matching result is transmitted to the machine 14 or 16 and a seller machine or a purchaser machine related to the information to be matched. Consequently a relative transaction type transaction is realized by repeating matching with the registration.
