PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication service providing system that can timely distribute proper advertisement information to a possessor of a wireless communication device as a target and to provide the wireless communication device, a wireless communication service providing method and a wireless communication method. SOLUTION: In the wireless communication service providing system, an advertisement information management server uses a notice channel of a base station sharing a distribution area according to conditions (particularly, distribution area) of the distribution destination designated by a sponsor to inform a plurality of wireless communication devices about the distribution conditions, when each wireless communication device satisfies a reception condition, the wireless communication device uses a speech channel or a notice channel to acquire advertisement information provided by the advertisement information management server. Then the wireless communication device does not acquire the same advertisement information when the wireless communication device acquires advertisement information and the reception condition is again satisfied. |
