PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a goods selling system in a vending machine capable of improving the selling efficiency of the vending machine as a whole in accordance with sales performance of goods. SOLUTION: Columns of goods of a plurality of the vending machines 10 owned by a management company D are assigned to a plurality of contractors A, B, C by arbitrary numbers, and the number of assignment of the columns 11 of each contractor A, B, C for the next time is increased or decreased corresponding to the last sales performance of the contractors A, B, C, so that the number of columns of the goods of strong sales can be increased, and the number of columns of the goods of weak sales can be decreased at all times. Further as the goods for the next time are determined by each contractor A, B, C on the basis of the number of assignment of the columns 11 of each contractor A, B, C for the next time and the last sales performance of the goods, the number of columns of the goods of strong sales can be increased and the number of columns of the goods of weak sales can be decreased at all times with respect to the goods of each contractor A, B, C.
