PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control temperature of a CO remover and a CO converter in a fuel gas supply system. SOLUTION: Reforming steam to be sent to an ejector 9 is obtained by sending cooling water which has been supplied to a cooling mechanism for the CO remover 4 and the CO converter 3 to a direct steam separator 7, and blow water in the direct steam separator 7 is again circulated to the cooling mechanism for the CO remover 4 and the CO converter 3 by a circulation pump 18. Fuel gas obtained by the CO remover 4 is cooled by cooling water branched from a cell cooling water circulation system in a fuel gas cooler 16. |
