PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent break of a piezoelectric element 70 by twisting and in fixing a holding member 80 for holding the piezoelectric element 70 to a housing 10. SOLUTION: The holding member 80 is fixed to the housing 10 while a fixture 100 for energizing the holding member 80 in the axial direction of an insulator 20. Thus, a preload can be applied to the piezoelectric element 70 and the holding member 80 can be fixed to the housing 10 without rotating the holding member 80, so that the break of the piezoelectric element 70 due to twisting of it can be prevented. |
