BATTERY PACK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent inner pressure from rising by operating a safety valve properly while protecting the safety valve. SOLUTION: This battery pack is equipped with a battery 2 having a safety valve 21 which opens when its inner pressure gets higher than a set pressure, and a resin molding part 1 formed by insert molding the cell 2. The resin molding part 1 has a resin intrusion blocking part 9 to block intrusion of synthetic resin molding the resin molding part 1. The battery pack forms an exhaust path which communicates the safety valve 21 with the outside of the resin molding part 1 in the resin intrusion blocking part 9.
