PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the increase of the temperature of a light emitting element without making it necessary to provide any new external power source. SOLUTION: This light emitting module 10 is constituted of a light emitting element 11 for radiating a light, a light receiving element 12 for receiving a light from the light emitting element, and for generating a power. In this case, the light emitting element is cooled by a Peltier element 16, and the Peltier element is operated by a power to be generated by the light receiving element.
