SOLUTION: A non-magnetic base layer 2 having a hexagonal close-packed structure or a structure having both a hexagonal close-packed structure and a body-centered cubic structure, a non-magnetic intermediate layer 3 having a hexagonal close-packed structure or a structure having both a hexagonal close-packed structure and a body-centered cubic structure and a magnetic layer 4 having a granular structure wherein the periphery of a ferromagnetic crystal grain is enclosed by an oxide and a nitride are successively laminated on a non-magnetic substrate 1.
