PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe voice input system with a simple structure that can easily be installed and operated without giving a hindrance to a talker. SOLUTION: A speech unit 10 comprises a main body section 11, amount member 12, and a mobile member 13. The main body section 11 is provided with a motor 14 acting like a drive source, a gear mechanism 15 that delivers a driving force of the motor 14 to the mobile member 13, and a falling sensing switch 16 that senses a turning end of the mobile member 13. The mount member 12 is provided to a head reset 18 to be mounted to an arm 19. The moving member 13 is provided to the main body section 11 so that the one end is turnably fitted to the main body section 11 to be moved between an upright standby position and an operating position fallen toward the user so as to be close to the face of the user. A microphone 20 is provided to the mobile member 13 at a position in the vicinity of the mouth of a driver when fallen toward the operating position and a speaker 21 is provided at a position close to the ear.
