PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good operability and an excellent appearance of one with compactness and easiness to secure an arraying space and without adverse effect from static charge. SOLUTION: The display panel operating device 10 is provided with a display panel 11, a circuit board 12 controlling the display panel 11, an electric connection member 13 electrically connecting the display panel 11 and the circuit board 12, an operating switch 14 mounted on the circuit board 12, an operating button 15 for operating display of the display panel 11, and a holding member 16 arranged between the display panel 11 and the circuit board 12 for holding the operating button 15 in the direction keeping away from the operating switch 14 and at same time for holding positions of the display panel 11 and the circuit board 12.
