PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the nip load of a fixing nip which is the press-contact region of a heat rotating member and a pressurization rotating member. SOLUTION: The fixing device is provided with fixed frames 1 and 2 which support both ends of the shaft direction of one rotating member of the heat rotating member Fh and the pressurization rotating member Fp, a pair of guide members 6 and 6 which can adjust a connection position when connecting both ends of the shaft direction with the fixed frames 1 and 2, a pair of movable supporting members 3 and 4 movably guided between a press-contact position for pressing the other rotating member to the one rotating member by using each of the pair of guide members 6 and a separation position separated from the one rotating member while supporting both ends of the shaft direction of the other rotating member of another side, respectively, and an elastic member 7 in which the pressurizing force is adjusted according to the connection position to the fixed frames 1 and 2 of the guide members 6.
