JOINT CONNECTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint connector and its manufacturing method capable of suppressing the cost by using other components commonly even if the connectors are changed. SOLUTION: The joint connector 1 is of two-side inserting type whereby electric connection is generated by fitting connectors 3 and 5 on one side to a connector 7 on the other side. The joint connector 1 may select an opening component 31 having fitting parts 27 and 29 mating with the connectors 3 and 5 to be connected from the first named side and having an outside shape complying with the shape of an insertion part 25 which opens at a housing body 11. The opening component 31 can be consolidated by inserting into the insertion part 25 of the housing body 11. Therefore, insertion into the housing body 11 can be performed by selecting that opening component 31 which suits the connectors 3 and 5 even if the connectors 3 and 5 are changed.
