Compositions and methods are provided for inhibiting the expression of TGF-beta2. Antisense compounds, particularly antisense oligonucleotides, targeted to nucleic acids encoding TGF-beta2 are preferred. Methods of using these compounds for modulation of TGF-beta2 expression and for treatment of diseases associated with expression of TGF-beta are also provided.
