The sealing arrangement includes an elastomer seal profile(5) bridging the gap between two concrete components and which has anchoring feet(7,10) in its base surface(6). At least one anchoring foot has grooves(8). The seal profile may have two anchoring feet, both with grooves, three anchoring feet with at least two having grooves, or five anchoring feet with at least three having grooves. The seal profile may have two anchoring feet featuring different sizes of cross sectional surface, with the one with the largest cross section having grooves.
